AcuTrader ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at acutrader.com and provides trading indicator software for TradingView and NinjaTrader platforms. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website and services.

Account Information
When you create an account or make a purchase, we collect your email address. Depending on your subscription, we may also collect your TradingView username and/or NinjaTrader license email for the purpose of provisioning indicator access.
Payment Information
All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. We do not directly collect or store credit card numbers, billing addresses, or other payment details. Paddle handles all payment data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
Usage Data
We collect basic analytics data such as page views and site interactions to improve our services.
Technical Data
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically collects standard technical data including IP addresses, browser type, and request logs as part of normal web server operations.
3. How We Use Your Information
- • License provisioning and activation — granting and managing your access to TradingView and NinjaTrader indicators
- • Customer support — responding to your inquiries and resolving issues
- • Transactional emails — sending login codes, purchase confirmations, and account notifications via Resend
- • Marketing emails — only with your consent, delivered via Kit.com (ConvertKit). You can unsubscribe at any time.
- • Fraud prevention — protecting against unauthorized access and misuse
4. Third-Party Services
We share your information with the following third-party services only as necessary to provide our services:
- • Paddle — payment processing as our merchant of record. Paddle has its own privacy policy governing payment data.
- • Cloudflare — website hosting, CDN, and security
- • Resend — transactional email delivery
- • Kit.com (ConvertKit) — marketing email campaigns
- • NinjaTrader — license provisioning via the NinjaTrader Ecosystem API
- • TradingView — indicator access provisioning
5. Cookies and Local Storage
- • Session cookies — used for portal authentication
- • Local storage — used for admin panel authentication (admin use only)
- • We do not currently use third-party tracking cookies.
6. Data Retention
- • Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation.
- • You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
- • Paddle retains payment records in accordance with their own data retention policy and applicable financial regulations.

- • Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data

- • Withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us

- • Our infrastructure is protected by Cloudflare's security services.
- • We use passwordless one-time-password (OTP) login, so no passwords are stored.

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.
